Actually, I’m not. I’m on a Japanese one.
I have two posts today. The second one will be the real daily post.
Today, I hooked up my ham radio to a device that allows me to send my radio signal through the Internet to another setup in North Carolina, specifically my friend Richard’s house, and transmit that signal in his immediate area.
I know, you’re thinking, “oh hell, what a geek.” Well, damnit, I’m ok with that. I think it’s cool to be sitting in my living room talking over radio to my friend 2000 miles away.
You’d do it too, if you could.

You know I think after almost 13 years of marriage you could call him cousin too ;) --- and long live the geeks!

Before he was my cousin, he was my friend. I have cousins I haven't talked to in 15 years. Richard means more to me than that, and so do you.
