It's unfortunate that people abuse the permits. I know that people have the permit for others, but use them when they themselves go to the store. I check cars to insure others may be, but have not challenged anyone. Maybe now I will be more challenging of this. Aunt Phebe has the same problem sometimes.

They don't use horns here. I might use it 25% of the time I'd like to, and I'm still 100 times more likely to use my horn than anyone else.
